Refund policy

Damaged or misprinted books: If your book arrives damaged or has a printing fault, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the book back.

Change of mind: You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return your book. Send it back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition. You pay the return postage. We'll refund the book price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the book, or of receiving proof that you posted it.

Cancellations: Each book is printed to order, so we can only cancel orders reported within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
